The need to shift towards more sustainable dietary patterns by substituting animal products with plant-based alternatives is well-established. However, understanding which consumers are currently eating meat, who is willing to decrease their consumption, and why, remains a critical question.

Kristina Pentti-von Walzel new chair of Hanken's donation committee

The Board of Hanken School of Economics has appointed Kristina Pentti-von Walzel as new chair of the School's donation committee. Pentti-von Walzel has a Master’s degree from Hanken and is the founder and CEO of Laponie of Scandinavia, a skincare company based in Helsinki.
